We operate our fulfillment and logistics from Guangzhou, China, and currently ship exclusively to the United States.

All products listed on CARDOVORE are authentic Pokémon trading cards, graded and verified.

Shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout.

We strive for accuracy in all listings, but occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur.
In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and update or cancel affected orders.

4. 🚚 Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China using SpeedPAK (eBay SpeedPAK), a reliable international carrier.

  • Shipping fee: $5.99 USD

  • Processing time: 3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 10–12 days to the U.S.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, ensuring a smooth, worry-free delivery.

5. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under limited circumstances:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Package lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days for lost packages).
Because graded collectibles hold verified condition and value, returns for buyer’s remorse or grading disagreements are not accepted.
