At CARDOVORE, our goal is to ensure that every collector feels confident and satisfied with their purchase.
We understand the excitement of receiving a graded Japanese Pokémon card — and we also understand the importance of transparency, care, and fairness when something doesn’t go as planned.
🎴 Authenticity and Quality Assurance
All our cards are 100% authentic Pokémon cards, carefully verified and graded before shipping.
Each card is professionally encapsulated, inspected for condition, and securely packed for transit.
Because these are graded collectibles, they hold both sentimental and market value — which is why our policies are designed to balance collector confidence with product integrity.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and protection for both buyer and seller:

Damaged on Arrival — If your item arrives visibly damaged, cracked, or compromised in any way that affects its condition or display value, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist quickly. -
Incorrect Item Sent — If you receive a different card or grade than what was ordered, notify us within 7 days so we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Lost in Transit — In the rare case that a shipment is lost, we’ll work with the carrier (eBay SpeedPAK) to locate or replace the order.
If the parcel cannot be recovered, a full refund will be issued.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of graded and collectible items, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or grading disagreements.
Once a graded card has left our facility in its sealed case, its authenticity and condition are guaranteed by the grading company (PSA, BGS, or CGC).
💰 Refund Process
If your return is approved:

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for safe return shipping.

Once the item is received and verified in original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees ($5.99) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side (damaged or incorrect item).
📦 Packaging Returns Carefully
Collectors understand how fragile these treasures can be.
If a return is authorized, please:

Reuse the original packaging materials whenever possible.

Ensure the graded slab is wrapped securely in bubble protection.

Include your order number and name inside the parcel.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
⏰ Time Frame for Claims

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
After these periods, CARDOVORE cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.
🌍 Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties
All customs duties are paid at checkout, meaning you’ll never face surprise fees on arrival.
If an order is delayed by customs or international transit, we kindly ask for your patience — these situations are rare but sometimes unavoidable.
